Absolutely. For recurring cleans, we aim to match you with the same cleaner to maintain consistency. However, as they are self-employed, schedules are subject to their availability.

In the rare event a cleaner can’t make it, we’ll notify you and do our best to offer a replacement promptly. You won’t be charged for missed bookings.

Yes. We hold public liability insurance covering damage and accidents. However, as subcontractors operate independently, they also carry their own liability for certain incidents.

All payments go through us. You’ll receive a secure link to pay online or can set up direct debit. Cleaners are paid separately by us after completing your job.

Yes, the minimum booking is 2 hours per visit.

We require 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may incur a charge to cover the cleaner’s time.

Yes, subject to cleaner availability. We recommend at least 24 hours’ notice to guarantee a slot, but we’ll do our best to accommodate urgent requests.

We currently cover Wimbledon and surrounding areas including Southfields, Raynes Park, and parts of Merton and Putney.

Not at all. Many clients are out during cleaning. Just ensure your cleaner has access.
